VEHICLE ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM AND METHOD, AND USE THEREOF FOR MANAGING A FLEET OF VEHICLES

The invention relates to an anti-theft system for a vehicle. It consists of a passive relay allowing to deport an electronic label (2) usually recognized when it is near a transponder (1). The electronic label (2) is integrated in a shielded envelope. It is put in communication with the transponder (1) via an antenna (4) near the transponder (1), an electric cable and a second antenna (5) close to the label (2). The cable includes an electromechanical switch allowing a control unit (8) to interrupt or establish the radio electrical connection. The invention therefore provides a new anti-theft system for which the installation is completely reversible and not harmful to the vehicle. Indeed, it does not require to cut a cable of the vehicle. It does not make a splice.
