There is described a computer-implemented method for launching anapplication on a mobile device, the method comprising: receiving a commandto launch the application; determining if the application is an accessibleapplication; if the application is an accessible application, enabling atleastone assistive technology feature; and launching the application, wherebydefault settings are in effect for an inaccessible application.
