A cover (10) is disclosed for holding objects such as papers and reports. Thecover (10)is formed of a member (20) having a front cover (22), a spine (24) and a backcover (26). A firstportion (32) and a second portion (38) are folded over to encapsulate a prongfastener (12). Thesecond portion (38) is then fastened to the back cover (26) with adhesive tape(58). The first andsecond portions (32, 38) can be part of a fastener assembly (70) having athird portion (72) thatis secured to the inner surface (62) of the back cover (26). In amodification, a flap (128) can behinged to the side of the back cover (126).
