Disclosed is an apparatus for measuring visible light transmittance using a standard illuminant LED for emitting CIE standard illuminant to reduce measurement errors caused by a difference in color of an object. The present invention develops a base to which power is supplied, and a standard illuminant LED which is electrically connected to the base and mounted on the base to emit CIE standard illuminant similar to natural light, and which emits CIE standard illuminant obtained by variably mixing red, green and blue colors. In addition, the transmittance of a tinted film of a vehicle or the like is measured using the CIE standard illuminant emitted by light-emitting means equipped with the standard illuminant LED and light-receiving means for receiving CIE standard illuminant, thereby preventing a change in the visible light transmittance even when the color of the tinted film to be measured is changed. That is, errors in visible light transmittance caused by a color can be prevented. In addition, each of keys 1 to 6 from among a total of 12 keys of a data input panel of the light-receiving means are assigned with three English letters selected from the letters A to R in English alphabetical order, and each of keys 7 to 0 are assigned to two English letters selected from the letters S to Z in English alphabetical order, thereby enabling English alphabet letters to be input in a quick and easy manner.
