Provided are a database device, a database matching system, and a database matching method, in which the match between databases having different key information is maintained. A data comparison unit of an HLR compares data stored in a database thereof and data stored in an EIR using "mobile station international ISDN numbers" and "international mobile equipment identifiers". When it is determined by the comparison that there is a mismatch between the data, a data deletion unit deletes the mismatched data, a data collection unit collects mobile station information from a MS. A database update unit updates the database thereof by the collected mobile station information. A collected data report unit reports the collected mobile station information to the EIR.
