The invention relates to an adsorbent material composition enabling the elimination of toxic emissions during the incineration and/or distillation of glycerine in order to avoid storing large volumes of glycerine generated from the large-scale production of biodiesel, the glycerine being incinerable without contaminating the environment with the carcinogenic products generated from the combustion of the glycerine, especially acrolein. For the preparation of the adsorbent material, graphite, activated carbon, fibrous clay silicates and polymerisable and/or plasticising agents are mixed in a dry and homogeneous manner.
