Disclosed are a method, system and multi-frequency label for dynamically adjusting radio frequency parameters of multi-frequency label. The system includes: a multi-frequency label and an interaction object. The multi-frequency label includes: a carrier detection module, a main control module and N communication modules, wherein N is an integer larger than or equal to 2, and each communication module works on different frequency bands. The method, which is applied between the multi-frequency label and the interaction object, includes that: the interaction object transmits a negotiation request on the predetermined frequency band, the request at least carries identification information and radio frequency parameters information of the frequency band to be negotiated; the multi-frequency label receives the negotiation request on the predetermined frequency band, and adjusts the radio frequency parameters of the frequency band to be negotiated according to the content carried by the negotiation request. By the present invention, the radio frequency state can be adjusted according to the application scene, hence the function that the power consumption is reduced as much as possible is realized. Moreover, by the present invention, the multi-frequency label is enabled to adapt different interaction objects, the requirements of different service function is met.
