A multifunctional energy-saving environment-friendly rice cooker comprises a bracket (50) and a main body mounted on the bracket (50). The main body comprises an openable sealing shell (95), a heat source device provided below or on a side of the sealing shell (95) for supplying energy, a cooking container (20) provided in the sealing shell (95) for holding rice and water, wherein the cooking container (20) absorbs the energy of the heat source device to cook the rice to steamed rice and preserves temperature of the steamed rice, and a loosening device utilized for loosening the steamed rice in the cooking container (20).
