The present invention provides a system, a method and a mobile terminal for receiving China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting (CMMB) data. The system for receiving CMMB data includes: a mobile terminal and computer equipment which connect each other via a connection device. The mobile terminal is configured to send the received CMMB data to the computer equipment, and the computer equipment is configured to receive the CMMB data from the mobile terminal. The system, method and mobile terminal for receiving CMMB data can enable the user to watch TV through the computer equipment, and also to watch mobile multimedia TV without any influence on the user's operation of the other mobile terminal basic services, thus improving the user experience satisfaction,being convenient for various operations of the user, and facilitating the popularization and application of the mobile terminal integrated with CMMB function.
