METHOD FOR DETECTION OF MEMBRANE RUPTURE AND AMNIONIC FLUID EMBOLISM

Disclosed is a method for detecting membrane rupture and amnionic fluid embolism with high accuracy, which can detect rapidly in a simple manner. The detection method comprises a step of measuring the concentration of a squamous cell carcinoma-related antigen (SCCA) in a biological sample derived from a mother body. By employing an SCCA as a measure, it becomes possible to provide a highly accurate membrane rupture and amnionic fluid embolism detection method which can achieve the detection rapidly and in a simple manner.
