The present invention relates to a formulation based on a plaster or dressing comprising a natural-gelatin-type hydrocolloid and on the use of viable probiotic strains of Lactobacillus spp. that produce lactic acid, preferably the Lactobacillus acidophilus LPV 31 strain, as an active ingredient for the care and treatment of various types of wounds, preferably ulcers, burns (up to the second degree) and/or surgery, as well as infected tissues, dry wounds and deep wounds.
