An anti-collision device of plasma vertical cutting gun comprises a plasma cutter lifting frame (5), a cutting gun fixing plate (1), and a proximity switch (4). The cutting gun fixing plate (1) is fixed on a ferromagnetic connection mechanism (3), and the proximity switch (4) is mounted on a concave magnetic support plate (2) that is connected with the plasma cutter lifting frame (5). The contact surface of the connection mechanism (3) matches that of the concave support plate (2) to realize magnetic connection between each other. The device has a short response time after collision and a good security protection by using magnetic connection.
