Disclosed is an organic EL light emitter (20), in which a first electrode (22), an organic EL layer (23) and a second electrode (24) are laminated in this order on a support material (21). The organic EL light emitter (20) is characterized in that, when the support material (21) side is defined as one side and the second electrode (24) side is defined as the other side, a surface on the one side of at least one of the support material (21), the first electrode (22) and the second electrode (24) is larger than a surface on the other side thereof.
