METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTING CALLEE PAYMENT SERVICE BASED ON ONLINE CHARGING SYSTEM

A method for implementing callee payment service based on Online Charging System (OCS) includes a process of triggering a called service by means of Unstructured         Supplementary Service Data (USSD), and includes steps: the terminal corresponding to the calling number sends a USSD request message to a Service Control Point (SCP), and the request message includes the called number; based on the request message, the SCP first calls the called number, then calls the calling number, and connects the called number with the calling number; the caller communicates with the callee; after the communication is over, the OCS deducts the service fee from the account of the called number according to the charging setting. A callee payment service system based on OCS is also provided. In the invention, a USSD request message is sent to trigger the callee payment service, the called number and the calling number are called respectively, and both of them are connected. That is to say, the communication service is completed by the connection of the two calling procedures, so that the callee payment service with low fee is enabled.
