Then, the environment-impacting matter emissions evaluation device (1) acquires flow data from flow measuring means (40) provided on pipes which connect to the feedstock tanks (10), utility supply devices (20), and product tanks (30), and using data for the thermal magnitude per unit amount and environment-impacting matter emissions per thermal magnitude per unit amount stored in a storage unit of the environment-impacting matter emissions evaluation device (1), calculates the environment-impacting matter emissions amount for the process.
