METHOD FOR FILTERING UNWANTED CALLS IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORKS (EMBODIMENTS)

The present invention relates to telecommunication systems which support telephone parameters defined by a user, and more specifically to a method which is used in telecommunication systems and permits a subscriber, who creates a certain list of numbers of unwanted subscribers, to reduce the number of calls from said numbers to his/her own number. The method for filtering unwanted calls in mobile communication networks is based on the selection by the subscriber of filtering criteria in accordance with a code, a code word or a wait time, or on the selection of a criterion for a group of people from an address book, or on the selection of codes for telephone numbers. When an outgoing call is made to a communication subscriber number by another communication user, filtering is performed on the basis of a filtering criterion which has been activated and generated by the subscriber. A choice is presented to the filtered users: either to leave a voice message after the tone or receive an SMS notification as soon as the subscriber returns to the usual mode of direct reception of incoming calls, or perform another operation for redirecting the incoming call to another number which the communication subscriber has selected for this purpose. Calls which have undergone filtering are redirected to the subscriber's incoming call line.
