A high-efficient fish catching device comprises a fish absorption device (1), a fish storage bin (2), a fish inducing opening (3) and fish locks (4). The fish locks are provided at the fish absorption device and the fish inducing opening respectively. A total effective section area of the fish inducing opening is greater than that of the opening part of the fish absorption device. The high-efficient fish catching device can avoid killing fishes, operate at any position under water, and eliminate the need to monitor under water.
