A novel water dispenser and a method for realizing the air pollution isolation by the novel water dispenser are provided. The water dispenser mainly consists of a water tank body (103) and a water outlet (101) which is set at the bottom of the water tank body (103). The top of the water tank body (103) is connected with a water tank cover plate (105) having a liquid level tank III (308) in a sealing manner. A water storing chamber (102) is formed between the water tank cover plate (105) and the water tank body (103). The interior or the exterior of the sidewall of the liquid level tank III (308) is further connected with a water diversion diaphragm (121,123) in a sealing manner. The sidewall of the liquid level tank III (308) is provided with a liquid level tank through hole (120). The water tank cover plate (105) is further provided with a gas-liquid one-way valve structure in which water flows from the water storing chamber (102) to the interior of the liquid level tank III (308). The method comprises emptying the air in the water storing chamber (102) and enabling pure water to flow into the liquid level tank III (308). Because the interior of the water storing chamber (102) or the liquid level tank III (308) is provided with the water diversion diaphragm (121,123), the water dispenser can be always guaranteed in a sealing state during the use.
