The invention provides a fluorescence quantitative PCR detection method and a reagent kit for detecting the gene mutations of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Said detection method and reagent kit can be used to predict the therapeutic effect of molecular target-based anticancer drugs by detecting the site-specific mutations of EGFR exons 18, 19 and 21 quantitatively.
