The embodiment of the invention provides verification method, device and system for controlling resource access. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) link sent by a user terminal, wherein the URL link is generated by a Portal Server according to acquired information of the user terminal; acquiring the information of the user terminal, which is contained in the URL link; and performing validity verification according to the information of the user terminal, which is stored at a network side, and the information of the user terminal, which is contained in the URL link. The validity verification can be performed on the URL link according to the information of the user terminal in such a way that the Portal Server generates the URL link according to the information of the user terminal, which is input by a user, and the validity verification is performed on the URL link according to the information of the user terminal, which is stored at the network side; therefore, the problem of resource access by different users through the same correct URL link can be avoided, and the possibility of stealing links can be avoided.
