This invention consists of a device (1) that wrings the cloth (2), or mop, used for washing floors and connected to a shaft (3) or handle. This device (1) makes use of the shaft (3) of the cloth (2) as lever, so that, connecting said shaft (3) to the device (1) and rotating it, the device (1) rotates as well and, pushed forwards, by means of its wings (16), wrings the cloth (2), whereas pushed backwards, carries the device back in rest position.
