A biocontrol strain for cucumber and watermelon continuous cropping wilt diseases and microbial organic fertilizer thereof are provided. Trichoderma harzianum SQR-T037 is isolated, which has significant biocontrol effect on cucumber and watermelon wilt diseases. Microbial organic fertilizer is prepared by using the strain and organic compost. The microbial organic fertilizer contains 1×108 colony forming units of the stain per gram. Total nitrogen content in the fertilizer is 3~5% (organic nitrogen content is above 90%), total N, P and K nutrient content is 6~10%, and organic matter content is 30~35%. The experiment shows that the strain can rapidly propagate and become dominant population in soil after applying the microbial organic fertilizer into soil. The biocontrol rate of wilt disease in soil with severe cucumber and watermelon wilt diseases is above 85%. Applying the microbial organic fertilizer to soil without continuous cropping obstacle, the biocontrol rate of cucumber and watermelon wilt diseases is above 80%.
