The present invention relates to a functional diagnostic imaging apparatus by endoscopic optical coherence tomography comprises: a first laser diode for generating a first light signal; a second laser diode for generating a second light signal; a coupler for coupling the first and second light signals generated at the first and the second laser diodes; a circulator which receives the light signal from the coupler to transmit the received signal to a probe and receives a detection signal from the probe to transmit the received signal to a spectrometer; the probe in contact with tissue, which receives a light signal from the circulator, and transmits a detection signal obtained by adding a part of a signal reflected outside the tissue among the light signals and the rest of the signals penetrating through the tissue to be reflected, to the circulator; the spectrometer for extracting a spectrum component from the detection signal received from the circulator; and a computer which obtains depth information through Fourier transformation (FT) of the spectrum component received from the spectrometer and obtains images by using the depth information.
