A resources allocation method and apparatus of a multiple relays OFDM system are disclosed. Said method includes the following steps: obtaining actual channel information; obtaining resource allocation parameters according to the mathematical optimization problem of the actual channel information, wherein the resources allocation parameters include at least two of sub-carriers power allocation, relays selection and sub-carriers pairing; the mathematical optimization problem is the problem that is set for sub-carriers power allocation, relay selection and sub-carriers pairing by using the end-to-end transmission rate optimization principle based on the channel information; transmitting signals according to the resources allocation parameters. The technical solution above optimizes system performance.
