Provided is a method for preparing few-layer graphene solution, comprising controlling oxidation of graphite in the present of acid by using oxidant. Also provided is a method for preparing solid of few-layer graphene, comprising removing solvent form the few-layer graphene solution. Further provided is a method for preparing few-layer graphene film, comprising the following steps: (1) coating with the solution of few-layer graphene, or mixing the solid of few-layer graphene with solvent, then coating with the resulting solution; and (2) heating the resulting film under an atmosphere of inert gas.
