A totally-enclosed type refrigeration compressor and a rotor compressor unit (40) thereof are disclosed. The rotor compressor unit (40) comprises a cylinder (1) provided with a concave accommodating part (11), an end cover (2), a rotor (3), a driving shaft (4), an inner rotor (5), an outer rotor (6) and three sliders (71, 72, 73). The end cover (2) is matched with the concave accommodating part (11) of the cylinder (1) to form a sealed inner chamber for accommodating the rotor (3), and the inner side end surface of the end cover is provided with a gas inlet (22) and a gas outlet (23) which are communicated with a gas charge passage and a gas discharge passage respectively. The rotor compressor unit (40) is provided with the inner rotor (5), the rotor (3) and the outer rotor (6) three of which are nested from the inside to the outside to form a primary work chamber (C1) and a secondary work chamber (C2). Under the driving of a motor (30), the rotor (3) drives the inner rotor (5) and the outer rotor (6) to perform eccentric rotation through the end parts of the three sliders (71, 72, 73). Along with the rotation of the rotor (3), the volume of each of the relatively sealed work chambers is changed periodically, and the gas is compressed by the primary work chamber (C1) and then sent to the secondary work chamber (C2) to be compressed secondarily so as to effectively improve the efficiency of the compressor.
