STEEL TUBE SCAFFOLD WITH COMBINED BOWL AND PLATE BUCKLES

A steel tube scaffold with combined bowl and plate buckles consists of multiple standards (1), ledgers (2) and connecting nodes. The connecting node includes an upper bowl buckle (4), a lower plate buckle (5) and a restriction block (6). Both the upper bowl buckle (4) and the lower plate buckle (5) are sleeved over the standard (1). The lower plate buckle (5) is fixed to the standard (1) at the connecting node and the upper bowl buckle (4) is movably mounted on the standard (1) and above the lower plate buckle (5). Ledger ends (7) with double teeth (8) are mounted on both ends of the ledgers (2), and the lower plate buckle (5) of flange plate structure is set with multiple holes (13) circumferentially and equally. During the mounting process, the upper bowl buckle (4) is moved down and sleeved over the outer surface of the upper tooth of the ledger end, the lower tooth of the ledger end is inserted in the rectangular hole (13) of the lower plate buckle (5), and the upper end of the upper bowl buckle (4) is locked under the restricting block (6) of the standard (1). The steel tube scaffold with combined bowl and plate buckles can be disassembled and assembled easily, and can be mounted with diagonal poles (3), and can lock the ledger (2) and the diagonal pole (3) during mounting the bowl buckle.
