ANTI-EXPLOSION WARNING FUNCTION DETECTING METHOD FOR FIRE-FIGHTING PRESSURE STEEL BOTTLE

摘要

An anti-explosion warning function detecting method for fire-fighting pressure steel bottle is disclosed. It involves the following steps: firstly making a test steel bottle by forming a crack artificially on a wall face of a common steel bottle so as to simulate the defect produced on the common steel bottle while being used, then pressurizing the test steel bottle in the case of ensuring that the explosion pressure of the test bottle is lower than the normal working pressure of a steel bottle, and the anti-explosion warning sensitivity obtained after the treatment mentioned is more close to its practical situation. Therefore, the method enables evaluating the anti-explosion warning function of the fire-fighting pressure steel bottle according to both results of anti-explosion warning function detected under the test condition for a common steel bottle and under the constant pressure condition for a defected steel bottle, thus ensuring safety of the fire-fighting pressure steel bottle.
