AUTOMATED CULTURE DEVICE, AND CULTURE VESSEL INSTALLATION METHOD

A system with a closed system configuration culture vessel and channel supplies drive power and automatically cultures cells; cells and a culture medium are sterilely placed in the culture vessel of said system for culturing. A base (18) is assembled in a sterile environment, and the cells and culture medium are inserted into the closed system channel (27); a guide allows optimal placement of the culture vessel (20) and the closed system channel (27); the base (18) is easily connected to a drive unit (19) inside of the automated culture device (10), and drive power is supplied to the channel (27). The disclosed automated culture device efficiently cultures cells at GMP levels of sterility and cleanliness and provides, by means of the base (18), ease of installation of the closed system channel (27) originating from the closed system culture vessel (20).
