A space curve mesh driving pair and a polyhedral space curve mesh transmission are disclosed. The space curve mesh driving pair consists of a driving wheel (5) and a driven wheel (2). Axes of the driving wheel and the driven wheel are intersected at an angle from 0 to 180 degree. A number of driving cant hooks (4) are provided on the driving wheel, and a number of driven cant hooks (3) are provided on the driven wheel. The driving cant hooks are uniformly arranged on an end face of a cylinder of the driving wheel, and the driven cant hooks are uniformly arranged on a circle of a cylinder face of the driven wheel. Power transmission is realized by a continuous meshing function between the driving cant hooks and the driven cant hooks. The polyhedral space curve mesh transmission consists of the above space curve mesh driving pair. Motion is input from an input end, and passes through a number of pace curve mesh driving pairs to realize speed changing, then is output from one or more output ends. The invention has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, stable transmission and flexible operation, and can be widely used in micro-mechanism field.
