Disclosed are a linked implementation plan support system and a linked implementation plan support program, which can support the management and implementation of linked implementation plans which link and implement a plurality of implementation plans for implementing a plurality of implementation actions on an implementation object. A linked implementation plan support server (10) of a linked implementation plan support system (1) is provided with: an implementation plan information database (21d) which stores implementation plan information relating to implementation plans configured to include the details of a plurality of implementation processes which can be performed on a patient and the possible implementation order of the implementation processes; a linked implementation plan information database (21e) which stores linked implementation plan information relating to linked implementation plans which can link and implement a plurality of implementation plans; and a control unit (12) which acquires at least a part of the linked implementation plan information, and at least a part of the implementation plan information related to the plurality of implementation plans corresponding to the acquired part of the linked implementation plan information, and outputs the acquired information together via a support terminal (30).
