The contact has circular contact plates (22) comprising diameter that is equal to outer diameter of a hollow roll (8). The plates are centered on a longitudinal axis (Y) and connected to an opposite end of the hollow roll. A pole is placed distinct from a winding and arranged in a hollow space (80) of the hollow roll. The pole comprises a strong electrical resistivity such that quantity of current circulating in the pole is negligible with respect to the current which circulates in the hollow roll when the current circulates in the contact.
