Provided is a technique for producing, with high productivity, blow-molded products which comprise a polyethylene resin and which exhibit high water -vapor barrier properties and excellent transparency. The technique includes: using a resin composition that comprises, as the main components, a linear low-density polyethylene resin and a cyclic olefin resin that has a glass transition temperature (Tg) lower than the melting point (Tm) of the linear low-density polyethylene resin; and blow-molding a preform of the composition in a state where the temperature of the preform is equal to or higher than the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the cyclic olefin resin and lower than the melting point (Tm) of the linear low-density polyethylene resin.
