The present invention relates to thermally conductive plastic using aligned carbon nanotubes and polymer composites, and to a method for preparing the plastic. More particularly, the present invention relates to thermally conductive plastic having superior thermal conductivity, and to a method for preparing the plastic, wherein the plastic is prepared by enabling carbon nanotubes to grow into a bunch on a substrate in a vertical direction, and by filling the gap formed between the grown carbon nanotubes with a polymer resin up to a predetermined thickness.
