The present invention relates to an Acer tegmentosum Maxim tea containing extracts of Acer tegmentosum Maxim as a major ingredient. More particularly, the present invention relates to an Acer tegmentosum Maxim tea containing extracts of Acer tegmentosum Maxim as a major ingredient, which is processed by steaming Acer tegmentosum Maxim with a mixture of water and cinnamon powder and then boiling the steamed Acer tegmentosum Maxim together with licorice roots and jujubes in water. Since the distinctively strong smell of Acer tegmentosum Maxim and astringent and bitter tastes are alleviated or removed, while the slightly sweet taste of herbal medicine is added, the Acer tegmentosum Maxim tea of the present invention may be used as an everyday beverage of choice. The Acer tegmentosum Maxim tea of the present invention containing extracts of Acer tegmentosum Maxim as a major ingredient is characterized by including: a first manufacturing process of chopping Acer tegmentosum Maxim and licorice roots, and removing the seeds from jujubes; a second manufacturing process of steaming Acer tegmentosum Maxim with a mixture of water and cinnamon powder; a third manufacturing process of boiling the steamed Acer tegmentosum Maxim together with licorice roots and jujubes in water; and a fourth manufacturing process of cooling and filtering the solution obtained from the third manufacturing process.
