Disclosed is a target-projecting device that corrects a for-projection target and re-projects the target, when detection of a target projected on a measurement object is difficult. The target-projecting device is equipped with a projecting unit (3) that projects onto a measurement object (2) a for-projection target image (F1) displayed with a target (T); capturing unit (4) that gets a captured image (F3) by capturing a target image (F2) shown on the measurement object (2) by projecting the for-projection target image (F1) from the projecting unit (3); a target-feature detection unit (62) that detects features of the target (T) from the captured image (F3) captured by the capturing unit (4); a permitted condition storage unit (54) that stores predetermined permitted conditions related to the target (T) in the captured image (F3); a permitted condition judgment unit (7) that judges whether the captured image (F3) satisfies the predetermined permitted conditions; and an image-processing unit (8) that corrects the for-projection target image (F1) by changing a feature of the target (T) to satisfy the predetermined permitted condition when the permitted condition judgment unit (7) judges that the predetermined permitted conditions were not satisfied.
