A process for making a decorative crack pattern on an object comprises the steps of spraying and baking a premier lacquer, spraying and baking a clear medium lacquer, and spraying, baking and curing a crack-pattern lacquer, wherein the procedure of baking is carried out at the temperature of 55-65℃, and the curing of crack-pattern lacquer is carried out with ultraviolet. The decorative crack pattern applied on a digital camera by the above process is capable of improving its artistic appearance.
