The present invention relates to a distributed energy supply-based device for controlling a power supply, which comprises: a switch unit which is connected in series between an alternating current power source and a load to allow or block an input of an alternating current voltage outputted from the alternating current source into the load; a switch driving unit for turning on/off the switch unit in response to an inputted switch control signal; a zero-point detection unit which detects the point in time when a waveform of the alternating current voltage outputted from the alternating current source crosses a 0 potential, and outputs a zero-point signal having a rising or falling edge in synchronization with the detected point in time; and a power control unit which outputs a preset digital power control pattern as the switch control signal on a bitwise basis, wherein a single bit corresponds to a half cycle of the zero-point signal, to thereby control the amount of alternating current power supplied to the load by turning on/off the switch unit.
