The present invention relates to a multi-functional electrically-driven walker for patients receiving rehabilitation treatment; and more specifically, to a multi-functional electrically-driven walker which has the ability to adjust the moving speed according to the treatment progress of a patient receiving rehabilitation treatment, which is designed to protect a user from falling backward when the user fails to hold the handle due to losing gripping strength, which is capable of preventing walker slippage accidents and which is equipped with folding legs to be easily transformed into a seat. The walker of the present invention with these features comprises: front wheels (210) attached to the bottom of front legs (200), each of the front wheels including an electric motor and rotating in contact with the ground; a battery (180) arranged at the bottom surface of an upper plate (100), for supplying power; and an emergency button (132), a speed control switch (134), a direction control stick (136) and a speaker (138), which are mounted at the upper surface of the upper plate (100). In addition, the upper plate (100) has an annular aperture perforated therethrough which forms a boarding hole (110) for receiving the user, and handles (120) on both sides of the boarding hole (110). Further, a worm gear is attached to each of the front wheels (210) at the bottom of the front legs (200) in order to prevent the walker from slipping. When the front and rear legs (200 and 300) are folded, the front wheels (210) and auxiliary wheels (410) that are installed at the front legs (200) come in contact with the ground to enable the movement of the walker. As such, the walker can be used as a standing type or a seating type by transformation. Therefore, the walker has a simple structure, is inexpensive, and is easy to carry and store owing to a reduced size after folding the front and rear legs (200 and 300).
