PURPOSE: A catalyst for coal fuel and a manufacturing technique thereof are provided to reduce maintenance costs by removing the scale of a boiler furnace and extending a cleaning cycle of the boiler.;CONSTITUTION: A catalyst for coal fuel and a manufacturing technique thereof is comprised of a steps: adding a certain amount of H2O of 40~50%, iodine boron of 20~25%; sodium silicate of 5~10%, sodium carbonate of 5~10%, hydrogen peroxide of 5~10%; mixing them under room temperature of 20-40°C for a certain time and transferring them to a second mixer through a transfer pump; adding certain amount of H2O of 40~50%, trolamine of 5~10%, magnesium carbonate of 5~10%, glycerol of 10~15, and rufine of 0.01~0.03% and mixing and filtering them under room temperature of 30-50°C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
