PURPOSE: A coffer dam heater and a floating marine structure with the same are intended to provide the seawater heat to the barrier and the inside of a coffer dam by making the seawater flow along the barrier surface of the coffer dam.;CONSTITUTION: A coffer dam heater comprises a seawater pipe and a pump. The seawater pipe is installed so that the seawater can be sprayed to the inner space of a transverse coffer dam, which is extended along the hell width of the floating marine structure. The pump sucks the seawater from the outside of the hull and supplies the seawater to the inner space of the transverse coffer dam through the seawater pipe. The seawater pipe is installed so that the seawater supplied by the pump can be sprayed to the barrier(5) of the transverse coffer dam.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
