PURPOSE: A concrete-steel composite structure which couples a steel plate and concrete using closed reinforcing bars is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by using closed reinforcing bars and longitudinal reinforcing bars. CONSTITUTION: A concrete-steel composite structure which couples a steel plate and concrete using closed reinforcing bars comprises a steel plate(110), a closed reinforcing bar(120), longitudinal reinforcing bars(130), and concrete. A first boring hole is formed on the top end of the steel plate. The closed reinforcing bar is composed of a first reinforcing bar(121) coupled to the first boring hole and second reinforcing bars(122). The longitudinal reinforcing bars are formed in the inner corners of the closed reinforcing bar. Concrete is placed on the top end of the steel plate.
