PURPOSE: A compaction and pulling injection method for reinforcing foundation is provided to easily bore the ground to the desired depth by selectively using a driving unit with an auger, a hammer, or a bit according to the soft degree of the ground. CONSTITUTION: A compaction and pulling injection method for reinforcing foundation comprises steps of: carrying out a geologic survey for grasping the lipid layer of the ground, boring the ground to the desired depth by rotating an operating unit(10) with a driving unit(20), operating a concrete high-pressure pump so that an injected material is discharged through an injection path(12) to a first injection hole(12a) formed on the bottom of the operating unit, continuously injecting the injected material through the first injection port to fill the bore and consolidate the peripheral ground, cutting a spray pipe inserted through the injection path of the operating unit at the ground and fixing it to a drawing machine, and selectively spraying cement paste at high pressure to the peripheral ground through a second spray hole.
