PURPOSE: A prefabricated harbor and a loading/unloading system using the same are provided to properly adjust the size of the harbor according to the amount of cargo because the harbor is modularized.;CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated harbor comprises a mega platform(100), a crane(200), and a movable customs structure(300). The mega platform is floated on the sea(2) with a distance from the land(1), and a ship comes alongside the mega platform. The crane is installed on the mega platform in order to load or unload cargo in or from the ship. The movable customs structure is installed in a side of the mega platform.
