PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling equipment for cargo loading/unloading in a harbor and equipment for cargo loading/unloading in a harbor for shortening of cargo loading/unloading time without changing power consumption.;SOLUTION: A motor of a crane is controlled so that: a container may be hoisted up and down at a predetermined first rate of acceleration by a first maximum torque Tm, which is a maximum torque of an area A2 of constant torque, from the start of hoisting up and down of the container to a reference velocity V0 irrespective of the load of the container; a second torque, which is a difference between a second maximum torque Tv being the maximum torque inversely proportional to the velocity determined by an area A2 of constant output and a holding torque Tw, may be calculated at predetermined regular time intervals from the reference velocity V0 to a maximum velocity Vmax calculated from the load; and hoisting up and down may be performed at a second rate of acceleration, which is variable at predetermined regular time intervals, by the calculated second torque.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
