PURPOSE: A producing method of a gold or silver nanoparticle film is provided to form the film regardless of the kind of substrates, and to control the optical property of a gold or silver nanoparticle. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a gold or silver nanoparticle film with the surface-enhanced-raman-scattering activation comprises the following steps: reducing a gold or silver precursor to gold or silver under the presence of poly(ethylenimine) as a reducer; dispersing the gold or silver to an aqueous solution, and mixing with toluene and benzenethiol to form a film formed with benzenethiol-gold or benzenethiol-silver on the interface of water-toluene; transmitting the film to a substrate; and applying negative potential to the film for removing the benzenethiol.
