PURPOSE: A micro vision inspection device for inspecting the defects of a PCB is provided to photograph a planar image using a main camera and to photograph an elution part using an auxiliary camera.;CONSTITUTION: A micro vision inspection device for inspecting the defects of a PCB comprises a visible ray lighting, a main camera(37), infrared lightings(29,31), an auxiliary camera(15), an comparator(9), a synchronizing signal separator(7), an FPGA(5), and a controller(35). The visible ray lighting irradiates visible rays to an object. The main camera photographs the object the visible rays are irradiated. The infrared lightings inclinedly irradiate infrared rays to the object. The auxiliary camera outputs an image generated by the infrared rays into an analog signal. The comparator compares the outputted image with a reference hold signal. The synchronizing signal separator extracts a synchronizing signal from the outputted image.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
