PURPOSE: A multi stage gear shift apparatus is provided to efficiently configure to have the uniform transmission ratio increase by additionally combining a planetary gear based on the planetary gear pair offering the gear ratio of three stages by combining two pairs of planetary gears.;CONSTITUTION: An input unit is installed on a coaxial shaft to be rotating on a central shaft. The planetary gear assembly is arranged in two pairs side by side. The planetary gear assembly comprises the planetary gear pair which intercross the ring gear and carrier.
