PURPOSE: A security system, a control server and a terminal having a priority monitoring function are provided to prevent accidents by monitoring priority monitoring area such as underground parking lot.;CONSTITUTION: A control server(300) receives a plurality of camera images. Terminals(5001~500m) are connected to the control server. The terminal includes a priority monitoring button. If the monitoring button of the terminal is inputted, the control server selects one or more camera images for priority monitoring target.
