PURPOSE: A video presenter having an image surveillance function is provided to perform a monitoring function and image displaying function by applying a MPEG/JPEG technology for implementing the monitoring camera.;CONSTITUTION: A video presenter having an image surveillance function comprises a object image unit(310) and an embedded unit(320). The embedded unit processes the signals to make the recorded image to monitoring image and transfers the recorded command by detecting the motion of the monitoring image. The object image unit comprises an optical unit, a digital signal processor, and a controller. The controller transmits the monitoring image to the embedded unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
